Find out what it means to be a Certified Maple Syrup producer. Watch the steam rising from the sugarhouse and breathe in the aroma of boiling sap.  For you techies, learn how today’s syrup production is handled, from tapping to the finished product. \nWe will be open from 10 – 4 both days, so bring family and friends and make a Vermont memory!
